Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@goodexplorerco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Want a different product? We’re happy to help. Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, neck pillows and certain personal care items are final sale once opened.
Damaged or Wrong Items
